Apr. 13, 2015 5:30 AM Workout~ So...I misread my workout - total reps was 120 - that was between 2 exercises, I thought each,exercise.. so I did 120 reps of V-pull downs and butterflies - 40 reps 3x each - What a loser! I was so sore today!
