Apr. 9, 2015 10:00 AM Workout So I did the Jim stoppani shortcut to shred back to back for 12 weeks. I have decided to train like a woman and do the Jamie Eason 12 week deal but integrate the Stoppani cardio acceleration between sets still. :))
