Apr. 19, 2015 12:30 PM Workout Ok, didn't enter this contest but am working out the next 6 weeks like I did. :) Trying to find my workout niche - this gal Mary Murphy works out pretty much like I like to, so today I started her program.

Apr. 13, 2015 5:30 AM Workout~ So...I misread my workout - total reps was 120 - that was between 2 exercises, I thought each,exercise.. so I did 120 reps of V-pull downs and butterflies - 40 reps 3x each - What a loser! I was so sore today!

Apr. 9, 2015 10:00 AM Workout So I did the Jim stoppani shortcut to shred back to back for 12 weeks. I have decided to train like a woman and do the Jamie Eason 12 week deal but integrate the Stoppani cardio acceleration between sets still. :))

Apr. 2, 2015 10:30 AM Workout Jim Stoppani Day 39 ( 2nd time around) Watched as a couple in the gym and I danced around equipment and all of a sudden, they started hitting cardio between their sets!! Nice!

Mar. 24, 2015 7:30 AM Workout- Substituted cardio acceleration today for exercise reps between exercise reps so that there was no rest period between sets and the heart rate did its thing - I figured after the 10 miles yesterday, I was ok.

Arg! Sick most of last week - I have forgotten to track 2 days at the gym and a few mileage walk/runs but oh well - I am finally getting people's comments on "You look great" - so I believe Jim Stoppani kick *** workouts are working. :)))
