Breakfast of chanpions. Chug Post workout shake. Then make Egg whites, whole weat waffles with sugar free syrup, chabani with fresh fruit and nuts, bowl of oatmeal with cellucor cinnamon swirl protein. All while watching sports center. Nummy!!!!!
