2 scoops Cellucor cor whey cinnamon swirl so 50g protein and I added10g leucine. Had to wait 30 minutes to take because i forgot to fill it while i was on my way to the other shop.

Meal 2 1pm: left over steak and taboolie salad. Forgot the **** half of sweet potato!!!! Still good though.

Breakfast of chanpions. Chug Post workout shake. Then make Egg whites, whole weat waffles with sugar free syrup, chabani with fresh fruit and nuts, bowl of oatmeal with cellucor cinnamon swirl protein. All while watching sports center. Nummy!!!!!
