Day 5 of 2015! meal 1 looks like this 1 cup egg white w/ red,orange & green pepper, 1 P28 pancake, used my nutri bullet to mix 1/2 cup plain oats w/ 1 scoop of protein added my greens, super food and mixed & my supps (all based on my blood work) .
