I got blisters on foot and didn't feel like doing proper cooking Photo: Night cardio for 1000 calories on treadmill at full incline and 4.1 speed. Summary: #Fastingwindow : 12 am(yesterday) to 4 pm ( 16 hour fast) #eatingwindow : 4 pm to 6 pm ( 2 hours) Ok so I ended up eating a late night snack yesterday, it was still in my 8 hour window. So i did morning fasted cardio. I had my last meal at 6 and I am doing double cardio tomorrow morning and will break my fastt around 2 and go for cheat day. Supposed to be a leg day but my feet have blisters so I opted that.
