Photo: 2 cup chicken and veggies plus Indian dish made with cauliflower and potatoes. Also, had a cup of noodles as a treat. I am guesstimating 1000 calories in this plate, 40 G protein. This was unnecessary and I regret it lol Summary: #Fastingwindow : 7 pm (yesterday) to 4 pm ( 21 hour fast) #eatingwindow : 4 pm to 10 pm ( 6 hours) It wasn't fun working out while 18 hours into fast but I killed the #pullday. I will be fasting till 6 tomorrow making it a 20 hour fast. Today's calorie intake was about 2500 calories and I burnt 1000 on treadmill, so I will have more than enough calorie deficit.
