Photo: 3 cup chicken and veggies plus Indian dish made with cauliflowers. I am guesstimating 800 calories in this plate, 50 G protein. Photo: Chai tea in the evening and I ended my eating window with this at 7 pm. Photo : Night cardio for 1000 calories on treadmill at full incline and 4.1 speed. Summary: #Fastingwindow : 12 am to 5 pm ( 17 hour fast) #eatingwindow : 5 pm to 7 pm ( 2 hours) So I couldn't log the last meal I had yesterday and I ended up eating a slice of pizza at 12 pm. It was still in the 8 hour eating window. So basically I fasted till 5 pm today. Trained fasted for #pushday and had first meal as a shake at 5 pm. All the carbs I consumed today came from milk, chai tea and potatoes. It was supposed to be a leg day but I will be having consecutive push and pull days because my birthday is on Tuesday and I want day off because of family stuff and have a photo shoot planned. I will be training abs tomorrow and try to extend this fast till 6 pm making it a 23 hour fast.
