This is the last meal of my eating window. Photo : Night cardio for 1000 calories on treadmill at full incline and 4.1 speed. Summary: I trained fasted from 2-4:30 pm. Had a 25 min walk to the gym and came back on foot. Got home at 5 pm and broke my fast with protein shake (21 hour fast). I ate in two hour window and had my last meal ( chocolate milk) at 7pm. I will be fasting till 4 pm again tomorrow and train fasted. Had enough protein, veggies and carbs, so, don't think I need to eat anything else, rather extend my fast.
