Photo: Gym was closed so I treated this as a replenish day. Photo : Chickpeas and cup and half of rice in the evening. Storm ruined everything. Anyway I fasted for 17 hours and then ate everything between 4-8 . I will be fasting till 4 again tomorrow and try to do double cardio in the morning and lifting session later in the evening.
