Broke my fast. #intermittentfasting Photo: chicken breast made with veggies, 3 cups. Photo: Indian dish, I just took 1 small cup for taste. Photo : tea at night because I went for swimming and was feeling the need. I had plans to go double fasted cardio but woke up late and had some stuff to take care of. However I extended my fast till 5:30 and trained my #pushday during fast. Had my last meal at 10. I will fast again till 5 and do cardio and weight training during fasting period :)
