Photo: Night cardio on treadmill for 1000 calories, 4.1 speed and full incline Sorry I didn't post for last 2 days, I didn't work out at all. Still wasn't fully recovered but I decided to workout and do #pushday. I be honest, I nailed the workout. Lifting session lasted 2 hours and 1 hour dedicated to shoulders and one hour for chest, did few triceps dips and push downs at the end. I didn't consume whole a lot of carbs expect sugars from fruit in smoothie and milk in my shake. Just creating weekly deficit. I did however went for 1 hour cardio yesterday so not bad at all, basically only one day gone without physical activity. Tomorrow is going to be hard because it's back day. What I am going to do is I follow PPLPPLR, will not have the rest day this week to make up for that missed day. * I also started consuming 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the morning but as this is a new practise, I forget to take photo lol
