I would gestimate at least 20 G protein on the minimum + had smoothie made from strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kale, spinach, celery, Apple and oranges. Photo: Night cardio on treadmill for 1000 calories, 4.1 speed and full incline It was a really hot day and I didn't do the morning cardio, I went but didn't feel like it so ended up Doing light ab workout on machines. I initially decided to rest but the extra shots in coffee woke my senses and I did ended up nailing 2 hours long #chest #shoulders and #triceps. 100 G protein from whey, 30 g from milk and had and at least 20 g from chickpeas and kale juice. I know it's more protein but I will keep it minimal for chickpeas cuz it's hard to estimate with curry inside. I ate all this during 6 hour eating window so I will be #intermittentfasting till 12 tomorrow and have coffee then. Plus looking to get morning cardio
