Photo: Smoothie made with kale, blueberries, spinach, celery, strawberries, apples and oranges. Photo: 1000 calories night cardio on treadmill at full incline and 4.0 mph Photo: 10 boiled eggs at night ( 8 whites only and 2 whole eggs). 40 g of slow digesting protein while I sleep :) Cut really good on my carbs today as last night I ended up eating Indian dish late at night with almost 600 calories and most of it were carbs but I really took advantage of glycogen built up for the #pushday at #gym . You loose some and you win some, that's what life is. I am still in calorie deficit.
