Did it in two shifts as I had to fill my water bottle. It's was a really hot day. Photo: 4 boiled eggs at night after cardio I am happy overall. Good food choices and weight training was adopted. I didn't do my morning cardio because I overdid my legs the others day and woke up at 12 and couldn't walk lol
