Registration Week 2 : Day 6 #backandbicepsday Total protein consumed: about 200 g Total carbs: about 160 g #cellucor #mynextlevel #nextlevel2016 #bodybuildingcom Photo 1: Fasted morning cardio on elliptical for 1 hour Photo 2: Starbucks latte as my Preworkout for evening weight training session. All the calories came from just milk, which isn't bad at all. Also had 1 pound of blueberries once I got home before workout. Photo 3: Post workout 3 scoops whey with 500 ml milk. Photo 4: 10 scrambled eggs with veggies ( 4 whole and 6 whites) Photo 5: 1000 calories night cardio on treadmill at full incline and 4.0 mph speed Photo 6: Goat curry ( Indian style). I was craving something spicy and had 1 cup of left over goat curry. Photo 7 : 1 scoop of whey with 250 ml milk at night to make some more gains. If I have to rate myself, I would rate 11 out of 10 for the effort put in at gym. I had depleted all my Carbs stores yesterday and morning cardio was really hard but I had blueberries and coffee as a Preworkout for #pullday, which really helped.
