Registration Week 2 : Day 5 #chestshoulderstricepsday Total protein consumed: about 180 g Total carbs: about 80g #cellucor #mynextlevel #nextlevel2016 #bodybuildingcom Photo 1: Fasted morning cardio on elliptical for 1 hour Photo 2: coffee in 250 ml milk as my Preworkout for evening weight training session Photo 3: Post workout 3 scoops whey with 500 ml milk. Photo 4: 12 scrambled eggs with veggies ( 4 whole and 8 whites) Photo 5: 1000 calories night cardio on treadmill at full incline and 4.0 mph speed Photo 6: smoothie made with blueberries, kale, spinach, oranges, apple and celery. Photo 7 : 1 scoop of whey with 250 ml milk at night to make some more gains. Happy with the effort and food choices. Couldn't have done any better. Weight training was intense as it was a #pushday . Very less carbs consumed, only from milk I had with shakes and coffee. Tomorrow is going to be hard as I have no carbs in system, and it's a #pullday but that also means fat loss :)
