Registration Week 2 : Day 3 #backandbicepsday Total protein consumed: about 180 g Total carbs: about 200 g #cellucor #mynextlevel #nextlevel2016 #bodybuildingcom Photo 1: Bad choice 1, Tim Hortons double double coffee = 270 calories Photo 2: Bad choice 2, Tim Hortons farmers breakfast wrap. 700 calories with 30 g of protein Photo 3: Post workout 3 scoops whey with 250 ml milk. Photo 4: 1 cup raspberries Photo 5: went for a 1 hour steady pace walk and came home and made this 10 scrambled egg dish (7 whites and 3 whole with 1 green pepper and 2 jalapeño) So my mother was involved in a collision this morning and I was out till 2 doing police reports and stuff. Had to get something to eat from outside and ended up getting wrap and coffee. I did however cut back my meals from the day and I won't lie, I nailed the back and biceps workout after all those calories. Had to be one of the best workouts I have ever had plus consumed a lot of protein = a lot of gains. I tried to walk on treadmill but after 8 mins my leg would move. Idk what it is
