Registration Week 2 : Day 2 #chestshouldersandtricepsday Total protein consumed: about 130 g Total carbs: about 170g #cellucor #mynextlevel #nextlevel2016 #bodybuildingcom Photo 1: Iced coffee made with 1% milk ( 250 ml) and 1 pound blueberries. This serves as my preworkout for chest/shoulders/triceps day Photo 2: 3 scoops of whey in 500 ml milk as a post workout shake. Photo 3: Indian kidney beans curry and meat curry ( 1 cup each) for some fats, carbs and more protein. I feel satisfied once the spices are in the body lol Photo 4: vegetable and fruit smoothie made with blueberries, kale, orange, celery, apples and spinach. At the end of the day, I am little bit disappointed as I couldn't get my cardio done. I was planning on skipping the evening lifting session for double cardio but ended up ditching the cardio and working out chest and shoulders. Happy for the decision I made because I could not sleep at all last night and slept till 1 today and doing cardio would have exhausted me
