Photo 3: Indian kidney beans curry. Photo 4: vegetable and fruit smoothie with blueberries (1 pound) I also ate rice and cauliflower and forgot to take the picture. I decided to give a full rest day and also cut my cardio session to one. Refuelling is necessary for next two days.
