Photo 3: chicken breast (3) made in air fryer. So almost 400 calories and over 100 G protein. Also, 2 scoops of whey with 250 ml 1% milk Photo 4: Night Cardio for 1000 calories on treadmill with full incline and 4.1 speed. Photo 5: Night smoothie after cardio made blueberries, strawberries, kale, celery, oranges, Apple. I didn't have any veggies or fruits all day so this was necessary. I am extremely happy with the amount of work I put in and food choices I made. 2 cardio sessions and one lifting session, that's all I did the whole day
