This is a Indian sweet and 200 calories each for 800 calories in total. My body is aching so back and my quads and shoulder and back is killing me for playing cricket after so long last day and I wanted to give enough energy and day off so body can repair and I can get back tomorrow Photo 2: smoothie made from oranges, kale, blueberries, celery, apples, strawberries. Photo 3: chicken breast (3) made in air fryer. So almost 400 calories and over 100 G protein. I didn't take whey, milk, and coffee just to make up for the sweets I ate. Still sitting at 1500 calories, which is still 500-800 under my daily maintenance level. The muscles that are hurting so bad are my quads, right side of back and hamstrings. I won't be playing cricket again during this challenge cuz I can't afford days off from gym. Anyway I made a good decision not going to gym because it's still full 8 weeks ahead of me and I can't afford serious injury.
