Registration Week 1 : Day 4 #restday Total protein consumed: about 145g Total carbs: about 220 g #cellucor #mynextlevel #nextlevel2016 #bodybuildingcom Photo 1: Started the day with coffee made with 1% and then played cricket for 2-3 hours. Photo 2: 1 pound blueberries after playing. Photo 3: A bowl of pasta just to refuel glycogen store and have some extra carbs in evening. Photo 4: 7 egg whites + 3 whole boiled eggs for some good protein. Also had diet Canada Dry which is like Sprite for those who don't know. Also had three scoops of whey with 500 ml 1% milk in the evening. For this day, playing cricket after 4-5 years really got me aching few muscles in legs. Also ate few Indian sweets and that's the only thing I regret but it was probably worth 200 calories max. Also had plans to hit abs but couldn't do it, played cricket instead.
