Felt really tired from yesterday's workout out and calorie deficit but made it for 1 hour nonstop elliptical session. Photo 2: 1 pound blueberries and few strawberries for some simple sugars for my next back and biceps workout afternoon. Also some iced coffee made with 200 ml of 1% milk. Enough sugars to last me 2 hours of intense back and biceps day. I eat fruits for simple sugars and it's about 100g of carbs from blueberries and milk in coffee. I eat so much fruit because fasted cardio really drains you out and depletes a lot of energy from my lifting session Photo 3: Three scoops of whey with 500 ml 1% milk. Post workout after #biceps and #back Photo 4: chick pea curry (Indian style). Some good carbs and fibre. Photo 5: Homemade pasta 2 cups so I can do my night cardio and fast till the next morning and do fasted cardio again. Needed pasta so refuel body. This is my last meal for the day and I am sitting at approximately 2200 calories, out of which 1600 will be burned doing cardio in two sessions. Photo 6: Late night cardio for 1000 calories to finish off the day. Full incline and 4.1 speed on treadmill. I am happy of my food choices and effort put it. #cellucore #bodybuilding #mynextlevel
