Registration Week 1: Day 1 Total Calories Burned: Total Calories Consumed: #Chest/Shoulder/Triceps Day Photo 1: My morning 1 hour elliptical session empty stomach. 613 calories. Photo 2: Preworkout for my afternoon lifting session, (already did a morning cardio) and burnt So this is basically my first meal plus Preworkout for chest/shoulder/triceps day. Coffee and 1 pound of blueberries, almost 600 calories.
