I took off from the light workouts on yesterday (Friday June 3, 2016) to get the house cleaning caught up for Mom. This was an ALL DAY job and a "workout"! LOL! I managed to take a couple of "Flex Friday" pics and to mark turning 51 years and 9 months. I am prepping for birthday 52 on September 3rd and really want to see myself back in top shape. I am pretty happy with this side shot after only 2 weeks back to workouts, which still included a few days off. Thank you guys for your support and encouragement!
