First Flex Friday Pic in Over a Month!

Happy "Flex Friday." I think! LOL! This has been a tough first week back and it is and WAS hot out there when I took this photo. Still, I was happy to push through the first week of workouts since April 7. Finally had a good diet day today and now in the midst of an Intermittent Fast. Got to get that body fat back down to where it was in April and better. Thank you all for your kind support, encouragement, prayers, messages, etc. while I was away!Have a great weekend!
