I finally returned to workouts on May 22, 2016 after taking time off starting on April 7th to take care of Mom, who was not at her best and needed some extra help dealing with some arthritic pain, sinus problems and in getting some other chores and tasks done in and out of the house. I was blessed to be fit enough to do them and even more blessed, given my mediocre diet during the time off that I don't look any worse than I do. Nevertheless, I have 3 weeks left in the "Still In It" challenge to recover what was lost! Thank you all for your kind words of concern, support, encouragement and friendship!
