Happy Flex Friday 2

I took off from the light workouts on yesterday (Friday June 3, 2016) to get the house cleaning caught up for Mom. This was an ALL DAY job and a "workout"! LOL! I managed to take a couple of "Flex Friday" pics and to mark turning 51 years and 9 months. I am prepping for birthday 52 on September 3rd and really want to see myself back in top shape. Given the time I have been off, I was really happy with this sort of "front" view of myself. I am going to hold the course and continue to go light until the end of the "Still In It" challenge and then attack my new 6-week workout Cycle 47 and whatever the next Fitness Challenge is! Thank you all, again for being so kind and supportive of me in my fitness journey!
