Lots of work to do on the diet to get the back looking as I envision it. I still have 4 weeks to go in this 12-week Transformation Challenge. So, now the goal is to keep that diet as clean as possible and continue to hit the workouts hard! Thanking everyone for their kind and encouraging support!
