I took profile pictures today, as is generally my weekly habit. I tend to take more than I can use and will save a few if I like them enough to post to my gallery! LOL! Still a lot of work left to do in this Challenge! Going to refine the diet more and just stay consistent with the workouts. The lower abs, waist, pecs, quads and back (Heck my whole body! LOL!) can be a bit leaner! I am nevertheless enjoying the process of seeing how far I can push my 51.5 year old body! Thank you all for the feedback and encouragement!
