.I made my cake fit! winnnnn My day in pics: Breakfast: Overnight oat Bran with wheatgrass and vanilla whey isolate with fat free greek yogurt. Wheat toast with fat free cream cheese, egg and coffee Lunch: shake and a bar saved all my macros for dinner: Chocolate torte from french bakery (my absolute favorite/), grilled shrimp and cilanthro rice bowl at our local mexican restaurant. I also did crossfit WOD today. This is why I love IIFYM. You can have your cake and eat it too
