Sunday Night accountability post: today was squats and bench work so I got more carbs Breakfast: zucchini grits ..I call them GRITZ ..with whole egg, whole wheat toast and coffee Post workout love these bars!! Lunch: purple potato latkes, Ezekiel toast and steamed broccoli! Simple clean and tasty Dinner: red quinoa cooked with peppers, garam masala and 3 egg whites scramble Dessert: chocolate Icecream with cookie dough Monday had nothing on me right!fail to plan? Plan to fail!
