Super Saturday! Day started at 4 am and last meal is going down nowwwww ?? my day in pics: Breakfast: chocolate overnight steel cut oats, whole wheat toast with cream cheese, one whole egg and a big cup of coffee Workout: back accessory and some cardio Post workout: my healthyfied candy bar Lunch: stuck to my roots: fenugreek greens lentils (dal) and spicy plantain fry Snack: I love peanut butter and this kid sized snack pack ...heavennnnn Dinner: wild rice cooked with tamarind and mint sauce, grilled Chilli chicken with a dollop of fat free Greek yogurt dressing (my home made recipe) Dessert: ice creammmmmmmm
