I loved my day....snowing in Atlanta, no one has lost their minds (yet) it's all cool! my day in pics Breakfast: my go to- overnight steel cut oats this time with pea protein powder, whole egg with herbs and wheat toast. Can't forget coffee!! Workout: coach checking me out and some heavy bench work! Yay! Post workout awesomeness as I commute in the horrid ATL traffic. Lunch: simple and clean- Wild rice cooked Ina ginger broth with peppers and two egg white omelette with a ton of herbs Snack: Ezekiel bread with little butter Dinner: I am not a big potato person. But decided to oven roast some baby potatoes in coconut oil with dill, garlic and curry leaves. It was delicious!! Zoodles with white fish cooked in a lemon parsley sauce. Dessert: it's never too cold for ice cream! it's almost humpday!! Yay!
