Breakfast: overnight steel cut oats with cookies and cream protein powder and a scoop of wheat grass powder topped with black berries and fage Greek yogurt, Thomas muffin with cream cheese Post workout goodies Lunch: Herb crusted tilapia served with crockpot quinoa that had turnip greens and Indian spices Dinner: Southern style grits and tandoori chicken served on a bed of sautéed peppers and asparagus. Also had Parmesan cheese..love cheese Snack was Ezekiel bread with cream cheese Variety keeps me sane and on track! Planning the night before is also doing the trick
