Breakfast: chocolate overnight steel cut oats, whole wheat toast with butter and eggs with herbs.cup of coffee! Snack: shake and Bup bars..it says it has protein so I feel healthy Lunch: arugula and sundried tomato grits cooked in crockpot with 3 egg white omelette that has chives. Dinner: spaghetti squash with my roasted garlic heirloom tomato marinara, lemon pepper tilapia and balsamic grilled asparagus. Dessert: about to go down in a few...?? almond butter topped vanilla ice cream.
