Breakfast: Overnight Oat bran with strawberry flavored whey protein and fage greek yogurt. I love oat bran! whole wheat toast with cream cheese and one organic egg...coffee was like a pot this morning lol Post workout: 90 calorie bar and shake Lunch: one pot meal: brown rice with mustard greens and grilled chicken. Spices incude: celery seeds, cumin, lemon pepper and smoked paprika. yumm!! Dinner: Spaghetti squash with my home made mint-basil pesto and blackened tilapia Dessert: More ice cream.. you know tomorrow is going to be better when your day i<3s ending with ice cream
