Naaa today was calves, chest, abs and cardio focus. easy going #notreally standing calf raises and calf press on the leg press machine 4 sets x20 ea followed by bb bench press superset with db flyes and incline bb press superset with incline db flyes to db close press. Abs were a circuit of 5 different exercises 4 rounds. 30 min run cardio. #goodstuff #notmuchtalking ???? what are you working on today #fitfam ????????
