The face I make when mirin my own lil #gains #gottalovethemgains Today's session was focus on quads started with bb front squats superset with db lunges, next superset hack squat with resistant band lateral movement followed by a triple set bb Bulgarian split squat, jump box plyo and sissy squats. Worked a bit on glutes as well bb hip thrust and some cable kickbacks. Have a nice start of the week my friends #keepworkinghard :))))
