When I started my journey I was 227 lbs. the pic in black I was around 4-6 months in and had lost 30 lbs. I was 47% fat when I started and the other pic I am at 12% body fat. Ladies lift as heavy as you can with proper form. You will not get bulky. Now my goal is to fill out my legs and glutes more. Can there be a booty that is too perky? Haha. I have a full time job and two boys. You can fit it all in ladies I promise :-).
