I had gained weight and after my second son, I ballooned up to 225 pounds plus. I was depressed and felt horrible about myself. I tried every fad diet and weight loss program out there. I was able to make permanent gains in muscle and lose weight permanently. I set my goals to compete in the NPC Bikini division and set a date. I dieted and worked out like a mad woman. The more that I worked out and gained muscle and lost the fat, the happier and healthier and more self confident I became. I am 42, but I feel 22 and hopefully will continue to stay younger looking as I age.
