This year I have really focused in my shoulders and glutes. I have really changed my rear delts. I have had pretty awesome results by keeping my nutrition good all year and heavy heavy weights. I am shoulder pressing 50's on heavy days. I have gone up from a 24 in jeans to a 28! Super happy and never in a million did I ever think I would be happy about that haha!
