Same 5-6 hours of food prep, except this time, added 2 kinds of muffins to alternate this week! So, on top of a beefy, veggie-filled minestrone, we have Chocolate Quinoa Muffins (134 cal; 3F, 22C & 9P) & Lemon Blueberry Muffins (122 cal; 1F, 15C & 11P)... And both have 95% fat free cream cheese & ISO whey centres!!! Delicious, low-fat, low-carb, protein filled, sweetened with stevia goodness!!!
