So this fitnessfreak has bad news woke up with a swollen face & pain in my tooth, so rushed to the dentist today & got checked out, Apparently I have a abscessed Tooth :( & he can't remove it till Monday morning, so I'm on meds & I can't WORKOUT AHHHHHH!!!! Till this is over :( he said I can't have added pressure to it or it would get worse.. So will keep with my meal plan but can't take any of my supplements with these meds.. Staying positive & Can't wait till this is over so I can get back to it.
