I got into workingout when I was six when I started my first hapkido class which I took for a few years getting my blue belt & also being a fan of wrestling helped to :P Always wanted to look like the rock when I was growing up but never new how, so I started workout off & on untill 2008 when I was living in Cincinnati learning to become a MMA fighter, my buddy that was in college to be a trainer & nutritionist started to teach me more of the fundelmentals of muscle structure, eating clean & working to get bigger, so went to college to become a health coach through IIN in new York & a trainer through N.A.S.M because I wanted to know more so I could help others with there fitness & lifestyle goals. Now working on getting sponored by a mager supplement company like Met-rx, Mhp ect Still my favorite ways to do cardio is cardio kickboxing or MMA intervals..
I love working-out because it not only makes me look better on the outside it makes me feel better on the inside, always pushing myself to learn new workout techniques trying to hit different muscle groups pushing myself beyond its limits to become more. The more I learn about fitness & clean eating the more I can help people succeed in there goals. I want to Inspire & be Inspired by people that want to better there lifestyles through fitness & clean eating, I want someone some day to come up to me & say Because Of You I Didn't Give Up.
