A little recap on my last few days, Legs are still sore after Leg day on Sunday walking a little funny lol anyway, yesterday was the start of week 4 of @krisgethin 12week daily video workout, it was also a active rest day went on a 6mile walk :) today was Back & Biceps definitely destroyed my biceps at the end with a 4set triple drop set doing 12reps each drop doing peacher curls & after that was done I did it again with a easybar curl & now I can't lift my arms lol my body is getting allot more firm but haven't gained to much more size according to my measurements, but still bringing everyday, Lifting Big & Pushing Past Limits.. Hope everyone is bringing it this week!!
