It's March First & where was I this morning? At the gym DUH? Crushing Back & Biceps getting it done.. Your not born with a fantastic body, you have to work for it every FREAKING DAY, That means eating CLEAN & Training Mean everyday No Excuses, Toss all that garbage out of your house that's just going to make your transformation that much longer because it starts in the fridge & built in the gym No Excuses, Hope everyone is bringing it this weekend.! Its Time To Be More!.
