meal prep 3/12-3/18

Meal prep takes forever when youâre someone that requires variety to stick with it. I usually make 4 proteins, 4 sides and a sweet treat. Takes me 4-5 hours. This week Iâve got beef dips au jus with garlic panko broccoli, honey balsamic pork tenderloin with horseradish butter asparagus, spinach & feta Turkey burgers with aloo tikki (potato patties), chicken in cilantro lime sauce with zesty honey kale and the treat of the week is sugar cookies. I guess at the end itâs worth it. Made it to the gym 3/5 days last week but also did some intervals with Bailey for a total of about 9 kms. Was an alright week. Adjustment and mediocre sleep hygiene are having a poor effect on my adhd medication. Work is a bit rough. I suspect next week wonât be much better with daylight savings time. I need to stay attuned to my body and try to keep the balance until Iâm fully adapted to my new routine. Easier said than done. Just not enough hours to a day and Iâm already starting with a sleep deficit. Running late for bed. Itâs been another crazy busy weekend. Night fam. ??
